Dinner guest
Last night was a fun food night. I like cooking for other people because I enjoy cooking for myself and I like to share foods I like with others. Last night I had the opportunity to do that when I invited Michelle over to watch Vera Drake and have dinner with me. I had lots of vegetables to use, so I decided to make pasta primavera again. Michelle documented the experience by taking lots of pictures.
First we chopped up lots of vegetables and put them in a wok to cook them. We had squash, zucchini, broccoli, tomato, basil, and mozzarella.
Then we boiled water to cook the noodles.
When the noodles and vegetables were cooked properly, we put them together with some great sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce.
Once it all heated together we were ready to eat!
I enjoyed it, but I expected to like it. The big question is: did Michelle enjoy it??? Let's see...
Yep, looks pretty good to me. After dinner we had the best part, dessert! Here is Michelle admiring the carrot cake we were about to enjoy.
