Brief update

Dad accused me today of being too "chatty Kathy" in my entries, and suggested that I write less. I may have a tendency to be verbose, but it's a conscious decision, not accidental ramblings. Anyway, I'm not forcing people to read this, you can always skim it if you want, or just look at pictures.

But, tonight I will be brief...I made eggplant lasagna with no noodles. I still think I prefer my zucchini bake that I made a while back, but this was good. It was fun cooking with eggplant, I hadn't done that before.
