Oyster sauce is good sauce

Clearly I've lost all my originality and thus my credibility as a chef, but this did require some ingenuity on my part. This is my new favorite recipe for broccoli with oyster sauce (I've posted about it before) with chicken added. I love beef with broccoli (in oyster sauce) so why not chicken? Indeed, it was quite good. I didn't make any rice with it and I wish I had. That sauce is so good and I had a lot of it and nothing to soak it up! That made for some interesting eating methods that I won't elaborate on, but just trust that I was doing everything in my power to scoop up that sauce with the implements I did have. Next time: rice.
