Adventures with Fish - part 1

After my successful chicken adventure last night I figured it was time for a fish adventure tonight. As a result I made Grilled Halibut with Tomatoes and Herb Cream Sauce. The recipe actually called for sea bass, but it said you could really use any white fish, and when I didn't see sea bass I went for the halibut. Oh, and I didn't grill it, I broiled it, but that also worked out well. It was really good. I especially liked the two sauces that go on top in the end. The tomato one gives you the extra texture and the herb cream sauce adds flavor and a nice richness. I had it with a mixed greens salad with walnuts, golden raisins, and balsamic vinaigrette. Very nice.
