New meat loaf

After spending a good portion of the day with the Food Network on in the background, I was inspired to make one of the recipes I saw. It was from the Barefoot Contessa and it was called Individual Meat Loaves. I've made meat-loaf before, but I've always used my Mom's recipe (which is a good one). This looked like a nice change though, so Dad and I decided to try it. The recipe made six cute little patties, and they had good flavor. We ate them with green beans and declared the meal a success.

Oh, although this is a good recipe, we still like Mom's best.
