easy ending

After the insane amount of food consumed while Max was here, I will probably never post here again since I won't need to eat or cook anything new for the next year. But I figured I should do one last farewell post for Max since he left today to go to New Orleans for the jazz festival before returning to Switzerland.
For his last night in town we cooked steaks out on the grill along with some skewered, grilled vegetables, and a warm potato salad with salsa verde that Max and I made from the Naked Chef cookbook. Here is what it looked like:

I'm not sure why the steak looks like it was not fully cooked, but it was not as raw as it looks, because I prefer my steaks done more than that. It was all good though. A nice ending to Max's Atlanta visit. It marks a few days of good meals and good company. He will be missed
