a Swiss guest

Tonight was a special occasion...Max is back for a visit from Switzerland! Naturally, this meant we had to have something good for dinner. I chose a recipe from the paper a few weeks ago called Chicken Marbella. At the paper's suggestion we had mashed potatoes with it. At Max's suggestion we also had zucchini. And I made a salad too for the extra green factor. Everything got great reviews, the chicken was a hit. I'm glad I finally got to cook for someone who likes food and knows what to do in the kitchen. The only disappointing thing is that the light was not great for picture taking, but you can still get the idea anyway. Here are my two eager subjects:
