Breakfast and Lunch

Since I still had fish and various things left over, I made another omelet for breakfast this morning. This one had egg whites (because I used the yolks to make the pots de creme), squash, spinach, red onion, and a little more halibut. I thought it came out really nicely, it was a good breakfast.

For lunch we had a mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette, dried tart cherries, walnuts, and goat cheese.
