Pizza night

Tonight for dinner the plan was to make homemade pizza. However, when the time came everyone had disappeared temporarily from the house, and I wasn't sure if they would be back for dinner or not. I didn't want to make a big pizza for myself, so I decided to make two smaller pizzas for myself. I did this using whole wheat tortillas we had sitting in the fridge. One was burrito size, and the other fajita size. Being the health conscious person that I am (ha!) I decided to make the smaller pizza the "healthy" one. So, I had a small pizza with pesto, mozzarella, tomato, and fresh basil.

My larger (but still small) pizza had cabernet tomato sauce, Italian cheese, bacon pieces, and pepperoni. I put them both on a cookie sheet and stuck them in a 350 degree oven for about 7 minutes until the crusts were toasted and the cheese was melted. I thought they turned out really well, it tasted just like thin crust pizza.
